Sales Associate * 11/2018 - 10/2021, 11/2021 - Present
Working at Crafty Wonderland, I was responsible for ringing up sales, contacting artists, and coordinating new products. I am a self-starter and a lot of my time at Crafty varied day-to-day based on the needs of the business. Emailing customers, general shop upkeep, ringing up phone orders, and taking custom orders were just a few things that I did daily.
Freelance Design

Graphic Designer* 06/2022 - 01/2023
Through freelancing on my own, I have been working with Therapeutic Change PLLC to create a line of therapy-themed merchandise. Proceeds from sales go towards a non-profit to help folks access therapy who normally could not. I am also in the process to brand a non-profit, Collaborative Healing Project, to help them get established on social media, and on the web in general.
Ikea
Retail Sales Associate * 10/2021 - 7/2022
Retail Sales Associate * 10/2021 - 7/2022
In a Sales Co-Worker I position, I worked a lot on the sales floor. This included up stocking products, coordinating incoming product locations, checking specific restock dates, and general customer service. I also worked to ring up online sales for customers as well as maintaining accurate backstock inventory.
My second position at IKEA was all about custom kitchen cabinets. I helped customers design cabinet layouts based on their specific needs, including major appliance locations, sales, and color coordinating with their existing home. I helped book out orders, check on out-of-stock orders, coordinate deliveries, and ring up sales.

Design Intern * 5/2022 - 7/2022
As an intern, I was responsible for working independently in a remote setting on client work. I also met with the Art Directors and clients to maintain project consistency. Part of being an intern also meant tracking my hours with Harvest, keeping up with work coming in on Basecamp, and managing project deadlines. I designed mostly with existing brands; I also taught myself how to make motion graphics and became a key motion player in the shop.
JCPenney
Product Expert I * 9/2016 - 10/2018
Product Expert I * 9/2016 - 10/2018
While working at JCPenney, I was the store's jack-of-all-trades. I did a little bit of everything: fitting rooms, product restocks, appliance displays, custom window coverings, online sales, fine jewelry, sign changes, mattress sales, buy online pick-up in-store; the list goes. It gave me the ability to think on my toes and help customers find what they needed to bring their homes together.

Mac Lab Assistant * 9/2014 - 6/2016
The Clark College Frost Arts mac lab was where students could see me to get help with scanning, printing, Adobe Creative Suite programs, or use a computer if needed. I also helped maintain the printers, cleaning heads and changing ink, so they were ready to go when needed.

Photo Lab Assistant * 6/2014 - 6/2016
Through the Clark College photo program, I helped keep the photo lab and darkrooms going. Whether it be changing out chemicals, helping students with questions about film development, cleaning the enlargers, or giving students critique on their work when asked.

Layout Designer * 12/2015 - 5/2016
For the Phoenix, I was mainly part of the layout design process. That included laying out pages, photo placement, typesetting, setting up for print, captioning photos, content flow and arrangement, as well as file management for all links.
